Pascal Coustenoble, Head of Production at Bosch Communication Center
Pascal Coustenoble, 42 years old, is the new Head of Production at our French location in Forbach (Moselle). He is in charge of the 160 seats where agents keep processing inbound and outbound calls. He has been in charge of client relationship management for 20 years, first responsible for the product division, then responsible for managing a contact centre and now for the key accounts at Bosch Communication Center France, since 2004.

Telemarketing team at Bosch Communication Center doubled its capacities
After having closed two new deals with two of the major private operators of DSL and fixed network, Bosch Communication Center France has now doubled its outbound capacities. The two internet providers have entrusted their telemarketing activities to Bosch Communication Center with the objective of winning new subscribers on a highly disputed market. Bosch Com-munication Center has won the project thanks to his experience and to his offer presenting proved processes, which has allowed the implementation of 20 further dedicated seats.

Bosch Communication Center extends its
switchboard service
Being in charge of the switchboard of Bosch Drancy already, Bosch Communication Center has been entrusted recently with the switchboard of the head office of Bosch France, located at Saint-Ouen. More than 650 employees who manage the switchboard of different units of the Bosch Group will face extended service hours. Furthermore, the agents will provide the callers with an additional value: definitely, they will be connected with the right partner.
